At Bevpod by BOUNDERY we value our customers and hope that you love and enjoy the products you have ordered form us. However, in the event that you don’t we have made it easy to return items purchased from bevpodcooler.com.
If not completely satisfied, we will issue you an exchange or refund as quickly as possible. You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 60 days of your purchase. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
Refunds for items purchased at bevpodcooler.com will be issued in the original form of payment and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that from time to time we offer clearance or Final Sale Items, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns of Bevpod merchandise purchased at other on-line or store locations must be handled direct with that specific on-line or store location based on their specific Refund and Exchange policy.
Before mailing item(s) you wish to return, please first submit a return request to us by email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Your request must include your full name, order number, the number of items you would like to return and the reason for your return. You can do that by emailing us at [email protected]
Upon approval from Bevpod, Bevpod will email you an RMA number, along with a return label and return instructions.
Simply mail us your item(s) using the return label provided by Bevpod that was included with your RMA number.
We will deduct a flat fee of $10.00 from your refund for return postage and handling. Insurance is taken care of when using the Bevpod labels we provide. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any original shipping charges. If you choose to return the item(s) in your own packaging using another shipping method please be sure to use the exact address listed on our return label. If you do not use the Bevpod label provided and choose to return the item(s) using another shipping method, the $10.00 fee will not be deducted from your refund.How to Exchange Merchandise by Mail
- Call Bevpod customer service at 888-312-9480 and explain that you want to return an item for Exchange, not for Refund, and why. You can also contact Bevpod by emailing us at [email protected]. Remember in your email to clearly explain that you want to return an item for Exchange, not Refund, and why.
- Items damaged by the Customer may not be Returned or Exchanged.
- If in the event the replacement item is not available in inventory, Bevpod can either replace your item(s) with another product, replace the item(s) once that matching inventory is available in Bevpod’s inventory, or we can provide a refund, whichever is preferred by our Customer.
- Upon approval from Bevpod, Bevpod will email you a Return Exchange Authorization (REA), along with an REA number, a return/exchange label, and return/exchange instructions.
- Simply mail us your Exchange item(s), using the return label provided by Bevpod that was included with your REA number.
- Upon receipt of your item(s), Bevpod will inspect all items. Items damaged by the Customer are not applicable for Exchange.
- All approved Exchanged items will be mailed to our customers in a timely manner.
